		<description>Active is good! My 86-year-old father has always led an active lifestyle. He&#039;s made bread twice a week for the past 30 years. The fact that now he and Mom are in an assisted living apartment hasn&#039;t stopped his baking. He makes bread for his entire floor there. Just about a year ago he gave me this &quot;no knead&quot; bread recipe from the New York Times. I&#039;ve stopped buying expensive artisan breads and now make my own every week. It keeps me active.

Here are two links: one to the NYT recipe and the other to the YouTube video on how the bread is made. If your oven won&#039;t go to 500 degrees, 450 will work fine:
